a. We only charge for wallet credits in the increments of $10, $20, $50, or $100. Upon purchase of wallet credits, “Moshi Moshi” will show on your credit card statement and you will see the purchased credit immediately added to your wallet. Insufficient wallet funds will disable you from making or continuing a call. You will never be automatically charged.
b. Fraudulent chargebacks, the act of disputing a legitimate transaction with the intent to receive the service for free, is illegal. For any chargeback requests made, we have the right to investigate and dispute any claims. Furthermore, additional course of action could include ban, termination, or legal action to recover lost funds.
c. If you believe an unauthorized transaction has been made, we ask that you immediately reach out to us at support@moshimoshiapp.com.
XV. Shipping Policy
